According to YouTube's sxephil, this is the story of an African American soccer player who was convicted and found guilty of rape.
The accuser was a woman who was so drunk that it was almost lethal.

The evidence? There were no fluids that matched the man. There were also bite marks that didn't match his teeth at all. In fact, the evidence more matched with another suspect/a white guy.
So the African American man was brought to court and found guilty because of "the most incriminating evidence the judge had ever seen in his life".
By his white peers and a white judge.

This isn't the race card. It actually happened.
Wtf at racism. Apparently not many people know of this story besides ESPN.
